About me

Hello, I’m Suzanne. I started out in media, making pop videos, Nigerian commercials and a Channel 4 series called The Astrology Show, then spent more than a decade helping run a Top 100 entertainment PR agency before becoming global PR director for the children’s show LazyTown. Along the way I’ve launched a baby-sling business, a home-sharing service for older people and a few ideas that taught me more than they earned.

These days I make things for people over 50. I set up Startup School for Seniors, co-run the social enterprise Advantages of Age, and since 2022 I’ve hosted Sex Advice for Seniors, which has been featured in The Guardian and The Washington Post and has amassed a following of over 250k.

I’m also a jazz and blues singer, back on stage in my fifties. I’m living proof that the best chapters can come later.

Follow along

Join 250,000+ grown-ups who’ve stopped whispering about sex.

Over on Sex Advice for Seniors I answer the questions people over 50 rarely get to ask out loud: dating apps and dry spells, menopause and erections, toys, desire and falling for someone new. It’s frank, funny and never preachy, and the comments are half the fun. Pick your platform and come and say hello.
